Slow motion video issues

Just noticed that when I'm in slow motion or especially super slow motion, there are black bars that go across the screen. They show up in the video also. I don't see anything in normal video recording. Just my phone?

Just tried again outside and there is no problem now. I wonder if the issue was because I was under led ceiling lighting in the house.
