Slow Motion Video

OK, normally I am better than this but I can't seem to figure out how to make a video slow motion? I can't seem to find any sort of guide online even. I have two videos I made yesterday - one has an icon for slow motion though it only tells me to edit the video to change the speed. The other video doesn't have that icon? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I think all you need to do is hit the timer button at the top of the video window.

Ahh. My bad. For whatever reason I assumed this was a post/editing feature as opposed to a capture feature. Now I know!

only downside I see to it all, you can edit where in the video you want the 240, but if you upload the clip to youtube, or share it, the whole clip is at 240, not just the selected part.
unless Im doing something wrong
