I don't know if anyone else is experiencing this but I've been getting a lot of slow downs/ freezes on my 10.1 since the update. It seems like apps take longer to open/ close and switching between tasks is sloooooooow... Any ideas?

I have had similar issues. I use the Ram Manager in Task Manager to clear programs to free up RAM and it then runs better.

When mine starts acting like that, I reboot it and things speed up.

I noticed this with my Galaxy Tab 10.1 as well. I figured out it was some widgets that were the cause of the problem. I deleted my CNN and USA Today widgets. After that, performance has been fine.

Mine was always like that with the stock Honeycomb ROM, since moving to a Custom ROMS its been loads better.......I always thought it was just the bloated Touchwiz at fault

No problems here when on HC 3.2, and even better with ICS.
I'm also using the Nova launcher (Prime).
Everything runs fine.

ICS has been a huge step up for me and the performance has defintely been faster.

Same problem. I'd love to root my device, but I have no clue what I'm doing and I don't want to brick it. :(
