Slow phone

My phone seems to be slowing down. Are there any good apps that will help clean up a phone and identify problems that could cause slowdowns?

Also, as a rule of thumb, you should do a restart on your phone at least weekly. Especially when it starts lagging, a restart will clean it up.

SD Maid is a big help on rooted phones. De-junk-ifies your phone. Lol
