slow phone

hello all,

i've been calling samsung about my s6 edge being so slow... it is really annoying, and makes me mad knowing that a product like this actually gets slow after 2 months... i mean, it was already slow... i noticed the ram is always very high... the samsung person told me it is a conflict between the tmobile software and samsung and their ingeneer are working on it to fix it, but no date for the update... could somebody update me on that and also give an alternative to actually make it faster and help the ram issue ?

Hey Christophe,

I'm sure the advice you will get is to clear cache, factory reset, etc......
What I would suggest, is to make backup of all your stuff, download the latest firmware and install it yourself not doing it through your carrier.
I know it's a lot of effort, but I did it and have absolutely no regrets!! You don't have unnecessary stuff on your phone.
