slow response from sd card

i have scandisk 128gbmicro sdxc1 10 galaxy s7
Why when accessing my pictures on my card it goes very slow & when i watch video clips video stops while sound continues
is it the card or my phone

If it's the card, I would try to possibly defrag it.

Get an app called SD Insight from the Play Store, and check if you might have a counterfeit card.

Also contact SanDisk at SanDisk microSD Tech Support (upper right corner for live chat). They're pretty good at figuring out what's wrong (and at replacing cards if the card is bad).
