Slowed down, choppy music over Bluetooth

Anytime that I try streaming music through bluetooth from my LG G2 to my Tunelink FM Transmitter, the music is slowed down, and it's choppy. I've tried it through Google Music, and I've tried playing music stored internally on my phone, but it still won't play at normal speed or without skipping during the song.

If anyone could help me out with this, I'd really appreciate it!
