So as of now I am in 4GLTE all night... Prior to flashing I would see H or H+ alot.Did it improve your signal strength? I wouldn’t be surprised if your bars changed but I’m only curious about -dB readings or known call drop areas.
Can go to settings >scroll to about>status >sim card statusSo as of now I am in 4G all night... Prior to flashing I would see H or H+ alot.
Will keep you posted.
Question where or how do I measure the - db

I hate to say it, but I've been having signal/speed issues, and just confirmed at least for me it's the "you're holding it wrong" thing. (or antenna placement) If I do a speed test the way I normally hold my phone I get 12-15 Mbps down/less than one up. If I hold the phone flat in my palm not covering the antennas it jumps up to 41-51 down/5-8 up. I tested several times in the exact same location, just adjusting how I'm holding it. That's a bummer. YMMV, but that seems to be my issue at least.
+1
I noticed the same thing today. Funny thing is, I don't think it affects just the Note 10+.
I borrowed a colleague's Canadian S8 to test side-by-side with my international Note 10+. I had the Note mounted on the dash and the S8 in my hand, both running speed tests. Contrary to expectations, the Note was winning all the repeated tests, whereas I picked that street to run the tests because it was precisely where the Note struggled in weeks past.
However, when I put the S8 down and then ran the tests, they were almost even. And when I held the Note and ran the test, it also began to struggle.
I don't have any metal implants or anything, but we can't be the first to experience this.
Update folks so keep in mind that I am in VA Beach
