sluggish app performance after 4.3?

Updated to 4.3 last week, certain apps/games have bee sluggish after the update, I tried a soft reset but it hasn't helped.

Anybody else having sluggish apps? Anyone know a fix?

I've had the exact opposite experience...everything is smoother in general for me.
