Sluggish performance, slow I/O?

Im on a 16gb with only about 1gb or so left, and still running smooth... Hoping it stays that way D:

Good thing I recently reset my tablet. I am as good as new. Also, does anyone know the progress? Like the last time a Google employee replied was a while ago.

I'm experiencing some slow down and am considering a reset, just wondering though, will this wipe save games etc? Or will they be restored when I re-install the apps?

Nope. The wipe will reset your Nexus 7 to exactly how it was when you took it out the the box for the very first time and powered it on.

I had to wipe the other night due to ridiculous, crippling slow down and lockups. I had to go out last night, so what I did what log-in to the Google Play store from my home computer, looked at my purchase history and sent everything that I wanted installed on the N7 and then went out. Came home and everything was on it. Now, I've just got to customize everything and get it all back to how it looked before the reset.

Cheers Rhoq, that's what I thought would be the answer. I don't suppose there's a way of backing up to prevent this a la iTunes?

Same problem here, but i also get errors when i use Youtube.... its keeps stopping all the time. The wifi is working 50% of the time. On my HTC sensation/xbox360/ps3 it works perfect but on the Nexus 7 its just CRAP.... i wish i had never bought this product... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Forgot to say... I have more than 9gb left in memory..

I've got the exact same issue and I've got nothing on it and never have had anything on it so its not a space issue also CPU runs at 100% most of the time and I'm only running stock apps e.g. Google stuff. It also started to get hot at the back left hand side. I'm thinking of factory reset.
