SM-T530 Samsung Galaxy tab 4

acquired a Tab 4 with no operating system. when i attempt to reload odin it just fails.
tried odin 3.09 and 3.31
have rebooted done multiple wipes when i boot off usb its loading twrp 2.8.1.0
on a reboot without usb i just get the galaxy tab 4 startup screen

I am not knowledgeable in Android. After 3 days and many hours i am willing to send this to one of you experts.
I have installed the samsung usb drivers on my win 10 its "detected" but no drive letter is assigned when i do a power sound up and start i get into twrp it apparently deleting but is not loading t530NUUEU1BQC1_

and yes i am doing battery pulls on reboots

help before i step on this brick...

You probably posted in the Note 4 forum by mistake. Can't help you much but please go HERE to XDA and see if it'll be helpful.
