Small amount of water entered my Xpera Z3, please help

I was using my phone in the rain, and I accidentally opened the sim-card waterproof slot, and I think some water got into there.
Now every time I start it, it turns on for a few milliseconds by showing the Sony logo and then it turns immediately off.
Please help me, what should I do?

Leave it overnight buried in uncooked rice with all the flaps open... hopefully the moisture will be removed by morning. If that doesn't help you may have to send it in for repair.

Ok I just did that, I opened the two slots and submerged it into the uncooked rice.

Now if that does not work, do I bring it to a Sony Store or to my carrier. Do you know how much it will cost me to repair it?
