Hi,

Hoping your can help me out. I'm new to android and currently test driving the Droid Razr Maxx. So far, loving this phone and I really enjoy the smart actions! One problem, I cannot get my VIP Action to work correctly. The phone will not ring for my selected contacts. It remains either in vibrate or silent for everyone. I've tried at least a hundred times. Now, I'm wondering if it's a problem with my device. Please help.

The VIP caller action doesn't have a "silent" setting. Did you adopt the "Sleep rule?" this has ringer volume "silent" in it. If so, disable or adjust the ringer volume action and test.

You could try creating the new rule again and start with one trigger and one action. Keep building up triggers and actions till your happy with your rule. If you're still having trouble, let me know and I will have the team do a deeper investigation.
