Smart Dialer Issues

Hey guys, wanted to see if anyone else is having issues with the Smart Dialer.

When I bring up the phone the dial pad is at the bottom and a blank white space at the top (no contacts shown). Even when I start dialing (either a number or a contacts name) nothing appears. I have to tap a couple of times in the keying field above the dial pad, or tap the backspace button (also in the keying field).

Then my contacts appear above and I can type a name out. Any thoughts?

Anybody got any suggestions or should I go back to the Verizon store?

Alright so I have been messing around with it all morning.

It seems to be a Launcher Pro problem. I went back to sense and the dialer works fine. Anyone else using a home replacement (like Launcher Pro, ADW, etc...) and have any issues with any of the HTC apps, widgets, or specifically the dialer?

Let me know, cause I really love Launcher Pro. I will send a msg to Frederico.
