Smart Lock has quit working

In the last week or so, my trusted places and devices has stopped working and I get asked for my fingerprint every time. Anybody know how to reset this function to get it going again?

Did you set up an Exchange account that requires certain security settings on your phone?

Thanks for your response. I don't use Exchange, I use POP. Nothing has really changed, I've had the phone in service now for several months so things are pretty stable. I have a couple of locations set and several BT connected devices set and it doesn't seem to recognize any of them. It always asks for the fingerprint. Just started happening about a week or so ago.

Unfortunately, I'm out of ideas then. Hopefully someone smarter than me will come along.

you should enter you security settings and change the way you lock your phone completely either to a pin or custom password because mine would do that and i almost thought i would end up destroying something after doing a pin my phone was fine up until now because i decided to factory reset and wipe cache smh

Do you use an app or a launcher double tap to shut off your screen for example screen off and lock app? If you do this way of shutting of your screen automatically locks it which will require a finger print to unlock.
