Smart Lock question

It seems as though smart lock is no longer recognizing Trusted Places or Trusted Devices. ( I don't use Trusted Face or Trusted Voice)
Anyone else have this issue?

Trusted Places (on any phone, it seems) has always been problematic and very unreliable. If phone security is important to you, do not use Trusted Places.
