Is anyone else having this issue? All the sudden I can't access Smart Lock in my settings and my phone requires fingerprint to unlock instead of being unlocked from my SmartWatch. Resetting the device hasn't helped
Are you saying that Smart Lock is no longer shown under Settings -> Security & location, or that when you select it nothing happens? You should be prompted for your PIN/Pattern/Password.All the sudden I can't access Smart Lock in my settings...Resetting the device hasn't helped
In Security and Location, under Trusted Agents, Turn off smart lock. Keep it off and reboot, then go back to Trusted Agents and turn smart lock on. Then go to your Smart Lock setting and see if it loads ok.I have Smart Lock in the menu but when I tap it, it just loads forever and never gets to the menu. only a regular reset. trying avoid factory reset if possible. Outlook, Google pay, and find my device are my only admins. can't think of anything that changed since I started noticing it. I was wondering if an app update did it?
