Smart network switch

can't enable wi-fi, the checkbox from "Smart network switch" is inactive

Welcome to Android Central! Does the wi-fi toggle not move at all when touched, or is it greyed out? Or does wi-fi turn on, but just not detect any networks? Does this happen in Safe Mode? Galaxy Note 4 Safe Mode: What you need to know | Android Central

This happen in normal use. The wi-fi toggle is move at all but did not stay in ON position.

Ok, but does it also happen in Safe Mode? This can help determine if the problem is being caused by an app you installed, or if it's related more to the system or the hardware.
