I got this in the mail today and figured I'd share it here (though doubt many of us actually used the program, lol). Looks like they are switching up their rewards program, but not sure I'll still want in on Verizon UP... Whatever that is. Notice at the bottom that while you could currently opt out of the Selects marketing with the Rewards program, you'll be required to opt-in to participate in UP.

Yep. I won't be joining. The minor rewards they give me for tracking everything I do to sell doesn't match. They make a ton.. I get a crappy 20 dollar gift card after accumulating a ton of points? Eh.

I got a nice pair of Oakleys for $120 off retail price. That's all I have gotten from them.

Is that really cheaper than what you can find it by yourself online? I looked at the gift cards for example which is basically 10% off, that's like the standard rate when buying gift cards online anyways.

Yes. It was the Ferrari ones and they were being sold for close to $500 I believe at local retailers and eBay was a joke. I went to VZW and paid $380 I believe.

the absolute best deal they have is for Sonos, particularly the Connect and Connect:amp. 20% off a product that otherwise sells for MSRP everywhere

I just used all of my points on sweepstakes. I'm sure I won't win but at least I won't have any wasted points

Or spend half as much on a good speaker and Chromecast Audio, while keeping your data away from Verizon.

That's what I ended up doing. The auction are a laughing stock after the value of points went through the floor. And all the merch is only like 5 or 10 percent off, none of it was even useful.

Just dumped them into sweepstakes just so they have a chance to do something.
