Smart Switch for PC not working?

[AC Question]

Downloaded smart switch on pc to do software update on Samsung tab 4. I click MORE, then EMERGENCY SOFTWARE RECOVERY AND INITIALIZATION but the next step doesn't appear. According to help center SOFTWARE UPDATE AND INITIALIZATION should appear, but nothing happens. What or where is the problem, anyone please?

Tab 4 needs Kies 3, not SmartSwitch
