Smart Switch freezes up at the Backing up call logs stage

I recently switched over Windows-computer to Mac and installed Smart Switch from the Samsung web-site. Obviously, I tried to make a full back-up first -- I've tried to do it several times but the program freezes up at backing up of the call log, at 42%.
Could anybody help me as the Samsung help desk had no any suggestion or help? Thanks
