Smart Switch question with note 5 and buying a tablet

I want to know if I buy a Samsung tablet and use smart switch to move my apps and stuff from the Note 5 to the Tablet will it delete my apps and setting on the Note 5 or will it still stay on the Note 5 too?

It stays on the Note, too. Not sure if Smart Switch supports tablets though (don't see why not) but everything is just a copy/paste/transfer process. Nothing is deleted/modified from the original phone unless you do so.

My experience has been the same as SpookDroid - nothing was deleted from my old phone when n everything was copied to the new one.
