Smart View causing my drop down menu to disappear

Whenever I start the Smart View function from my Note 9's drop down menu, and it starts up, it gives my drop down menu issues. If I pull down my drop down menu, none of the buttons show (wifi, bluetooth, sound, rotation, etc). It will only show any notifications I have. Even when I get disconnected from Smart View, the issue remains until I restart my phone. Has anyone else run into this issue, &/or know how to resolve it?
This didn't happen before when I've used the Smart View function, up until this year (2022).

Put your phone in safe mode is it ok in that mode?

I tried safe mode, and Smart View won't start up in that mode.

Then go to settings >apps>smart things tap>storage clear data then force stop it

I just did that and opened the Smart Things app to see it had an update, which I updated. Still doing the same thing though.

Ok go into settings >general management >reset>reset settings

I wonder if you have a 3rd party app causing this but smart things doesn't work in safe mode

In settings >apps clear data and force stop smart things frame works also , if still happening when u open frame works in upper right corner 3 dots tap Uninstall the update

Don't update it want see if everything ok on previous version

It was happening before and still after the update. I done to the SmartThings developer team & they said it wasn't a functional problem with the app and that is need to talk to Samsung team instead.

I have the exact same trouble (note9) & have recently reset my phone due to other reasons but this stil did not fix the problem. Was working properly up untill a few months ago
