An exact release timeline of the Smart Widget feature is still unknown, however, the company is scheduled to deliver them by next month. Smart Widget is a One UI 4.1-exclusive feature that lets users keep their phone’s home screen clean by using 3 widgets by occupying space for just one.

Samsung is currently releasing the May 2022 security update to various Galaxy devices. At the same time, the latest software also brings new Camera features from the Galaxy S22 series to the Galaxy S21. The company confirmed that more S22 camera features will be provided to foldable screen Galaxies too.

I don't get this? If I wanted an rotten fruit phone I would have gotten one. There is nothing on their phones that is good. And this feature is terrible. I guess changing home pages is too much to do? Oh wait this is the same thing....

Nah.. you don't have to change them everytime. It is called smart widget coz it brings up the widget which has active information at that particular time. That's what I like about it. Not really like dumb widgets on iphone which you can't even interact. I finally got rid of my last fruit device Mac and moved on to windows.

I mistyped my post. I meant changing pages on the phone. Not changing the home page. This is a copy of an ipone feature according to articles I read. I am old so I guess swiping pages on my phone is not hard.

Thinking there is nothing good in an iPhone, and nothing that is worth copying and bringing to Android, is incredibly short-sighted and... Just wrong.

This feature isn't mandatory, and I'd rather have it and not use it than want it and not have it.
