Which Samsung phone? If the highest official Android version it got was 4.4.2, then you'd have to look for a custom ROM based on Android 6 designed for that specific phone. The forums at XDA-Developers.com is a good resource.

My French is far too rusty to answer in, but you would need to root and install a custom ROM. Honestly, it isn't worth your time with a device that old, but if you really want to then XDA is the place to look.
