SmartSwitch duplicate folders?

Wondering what happens when switching from an older phone with an SD memory card to a newer phone with no memory card. If you have a Music folder (for example) on both internal memory and on the memory card how does SmartSwitch deal with that and resolve file conflicts?

i'd imagine only music on the phone would be transferred!!

Now done it and the SD card data was transferred en bloc to a sub-folder to the internal memory of the new phone. Took a bit of internal manual movement from there to where it was easier for the owner apps to find their data.
