Smartwatch and car media conflict

I have Nokia 8.3 with Android 12 and two connected Bluetooth devices - Honor GS Pro and Suzuki car media with Android Auto. To prevent phone call receiving by watch while I am driving, I went to Bluetooth setting and switched of phone calls in watch Bluetooth settings. But after some time it switches itself on again and again. So every time before driving I have to check Bluetooth settings, because when it switched on again, when I pick up phone call on car media it is not redirected to media or watch, but remains on phone and I can not switch it to car media.

Welcome to Android Central! Does your watch ever prompt you (on the watch screen) to turn on permission for phone calls? If so, then it's possible you might be unwittingly turning that watch feature back on in the course of interacting with the watch during the day.
