Smartwatch connectivity

hey all,
just a quick question about the LG watch urbane 2nd edition there are 3 different types of connectivity i.e WiFi, Mobile Data and Bluetooth when all are available which takes priority. I would of thought Bluetooth would be first, and when no mobile phone is near then it would switch to WiFi or Mobile data is this correct

BT takes priority followed by Wi-Fi then LTE/3G. If I'm connected through LTE/3G, when I get within range the BT will connect and my ”network state” in the SIM settings will become disconnected. This also happens when I go from LTE/3G to WiFi.
