Smartwatch to pair with a BT HRM?

After searching many different avenues, I figured I would ask you guys, as this community is fairly knowledgeable about such things.

Do any of the smartwatchs meet these two criteria?

1. Ability to pair to a bluetooth heart rate monitor.
2. Waterproof or at least IP67

Or should I keep the phone and go for something like a Polar V800?

I think this will be possible with Sony Smartwatch 3. But as of now no for the Bluetooth.
