Smartworld won't work

I cannot get smartworld to work. Has anyone else had this issue? I just got my G5 and I've been setting everything up. When I click on smart world I keep getting "unfortunately, smartworld has stopped working". I need to re-download some stuff from there. Does anyone have a recommendation?

Did you ever figure anything out? For some reason on my new phone I can't get fonts to install. It looks like they are downloading but not installing! Wish we could just use fonts from Google Play...
