You know, I was wondering the exact same thing? Why would they not include the S-Memo app? My only guess is that the S-Memo app was replaced/upgraded to S-Note, and so it's only available now on the 5.3.

I wonder if it will reappear on the Note 2, but I too thought it was odd that it was not part of the installed software. I also was surprised that My Story was not included. I have never used My Story, but it's one of the premier apps mentioned during the launch of ICS upgrade of the 5.3. I just figured Sammy would have included both apps with the 10.1?

I guess we can't have it all!

I read that the upgrades to snote replaced memo so it won't be in the new phone either

Alright thank you for that information. How about the premium suite that got updated to the Samsung galaxy note 5.3?

The premium suite was only for the Note 5.3. As others have mentioned, the S Memo app was replaced with a much heartier S Note app. Samsung even said this in a preview video they made before release.
