What about it? That is an app that backups sms messages and can restore them on another device. Is that what you were asking?

I have been using SMS Backup and Restore by SyncTech Pty for many years with many different Android devices. It works great for backing up and restoring your phone call history and/or your text messages when you change devices, have to do a factory reset/reinstall or lose them due to some other software issue . It has saved me a couple of times.

I have a SMS backup and restore question, if this is not the correct place apologies, so please, direct me .

I had this app installed on my Pixel4 which after suffering a wet condition eventually failed. It will still turn on and allows me to navigate and use it but I have lost audio input or output. I had the app back up my texts and calls on a bi-monthly schedule on the cloud but since I replaced the old phone (a few months) I did not install the app. How do I go about merging my last backup from my old phone with the new texts/calls on the new phone so I can then continue with a regular backup plan on the new phone (e.g. without losing any of my old + new data)?
