SMS backup

I was wondering if there was a way to backup a specific text thread so it's easy to read (not like the SMS backup and restore app). To either my Gmail or drive. I want to delete the threads but not if it's going to look like a computer coding haha.

SMS Backup + is free App available on Play Store it allows the user to sync your contacts details and call data on to your Gmail account and you can restore that later.

If I press and hold on my message thread I have an option to save it, I use Verizon messages though.
