Sms makes noise but no notification.

Hi,

Recently when I receive an sms I get the notification tone but no message itsaying as if it's already been read as it doesn't appear to be unread when I go into messages. It's fine if I hear the tone bit if my phone is on silent or I miss the message tone I'm not aware I even have a message.

Anyone else had this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you rebooted your device? Sometimes that can clear hangups. Also try clearing your cache partition.
