SMS Pro - Message from a single user shows up blank

I've been using SMS Pro for a while now and have had now issues, until now. A couple weeks ago messages from only one friend have started showing up blank when we are in group texts. If she messages me up directly the message comes through fine. Is there a setting or something that I could have messed up? Help please. I've attached a screen shot of what it looks like, her name is Deb Fol.

FYI I've tried deleting her and re-adding her from scratch but it didn't fix the issue.

I had that problem also. It was coming from a Verizon phone. It only happened with one user (group text), but when she text me directly it came through. The problem has gone away though.
