Sms texting

Is there an app to enable texting from a WIFI from a Tab2 10.1?

Not that I could find without both people having to have some app installed.

I don't have a text messaging plan. I use Google Voice. You have to get friends/family on board with texting you at an alternate number, but, once you have it setup, it's free and goes through WiFi. And you can text from your computer too.
