SMS Time Fix

I had an original EVO, and where I live (Bowling Green, KY, CST), all of the texts that come in are an hour off (they're in EST). I was able use the SMS Time Fix App on my original EVO 4G, but now that i have the HTC One it has the same issue and the SMS Time Fix App doesn't work, even after configuring the settings the same as my old phone. Anyone else having this problem?

Interesting, I had that issue with my OG Evo but didn't have it on my 3D or now the One. I had assumed Sprint fixed this. Do you by chance live near a different time zone?
