SMS Vibrate - Not working on Nexus 4

I have searched the forum for an ansmwer without success, if I have miised the answer, I apologise in advance.

Stock version 4.4.2. I have enabled vibrate in the Message Settings menu, but still cannot get it to work.

Am I missing something obvious?
