SMS warning

I was wondering if the note 3 pops up with a SMS warning when you send too many text in a certain amount of time?

On my RAZR, I get an annoying text message warning when I am talking and sending a lot of messages. Something like "Sending too many SMS, it could be an app sending spam" then I have to choose allow for ever SMS I send for about 5 minutes.

Hahaha wow! That would suck. I've never heard of that! I would've returned my phone if I saw this!

What RAZR was this on? I had the Droid RAZR, RAZR Maxx HD and the Droid Maxx and never had this happen once. It may have happened on an old school RAZR V3 (flip phone) but definitely not on any of my Android devices.

I have the droid razr maxx and it happens once in a while. I have multiple group chats and I go back and fourth between them. When it does pop up, I get that warning and I have to hit allow and many times I forget.

I do about 9k-12k a month in text. And I am constantly on my phone texting.
