Snapchat skipping videos?

[AC Question]

When I few my friend's stories, I can see the pictures fine, but videos just skip themselves. I can see videos that people send me, just not on stories.

I have a BLU Studio 5.5s with Android 4.2.2. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, viewing with wifi on and off, clearing data and cache, and turning the phone off and on.
