"Snip It" Question

On Desktops, there's this fantastic tool Snip It where you can select stuff and past it staight into the body of an email, so it's pasted and not attached for someone to have to open.

With the Tab S4, I don't see how to do that. Of course we have the S Pen and can select an area, etc but I don't see a way to copy/paste it into the body of an email, whether it be a new email or a reply.
 
Are you talking about text or pictures? Text is simple. Highlight it, copy, long-press in the email and you should get a Paste toast when you let up - tap that and it's pasted.

Pictures? Open a picture in a picture editor, select the portion you want, copy it, then do the same. You can't "snip" a portion of the screen. (You can snip a portion of the screen, then paste it into a picture editor, then highlight it and copy it. An S-Pen selection isn't the same format as a picture.)
 
I believe inline insertion of an image is a function of the application that you are inserting the image into, not the image itself. I don't know of any Android email app that allows inline insertion.
