Snooze button

My wife just got the G3. That thing is amazing. Even though I'm a Motorola fanboy, I want one terribly. The problem she has is with the snooze button on the alarm. The alarm will go off fine, but when she hits the snooze, it never comes back on again. All the settings look fine to me. Is there something I'm missing? Could clearing the cache help at all? Just looking for a little input here. I've been using android for 5 years and I can usually figure stuff out pretty easily.

LG's apps can be a bit glitchy sometimes. I downloaded an APK of Google's stock KitKat clock because it's always been reliable, beautiful, and easy to use for me. If no one else chimes in with a fix, that is probably your best bet.

Make sure to not have the vibration on. I had it on this morning, and it went off, hit the snooze button. Then in 10 minutes, it went off again, just picked it up, and it stopped. Didn't hit the snooze button. Then I tested it without the vibration on, and it is working normally. So maybe the vibration throws off the screen, as if you touched it, when you didn't. It's gone off 3 times now, and I have picked up, seems fine.

I use the snooze button twice a morning five days a week with stock app. (10 minute snooze) (vibrate and ringtone)
