SNote search stopped working on handwritten notes

One of the reasons I use snote is because it csn search text in my notes even if it is handwritten.
this works great.
Laytly I found that it can find in older notes but newer notes are not in the results.
So everything written since a certain time is just an image and the handwriting is not being analyzed and stored for search in some database or any other solutions samsung uses for this option

I am using note3 4.4 kitkat and note pro 12.2 kitkat (nnotes are synced betebetween devices)

Could anyone help?
Is there a way to send this question to samsung developers?

I have exactly the same problem with my AT&T Note 4. It stopped working recently, maybe after the last 5.1.1 update. It picks up old text but not new one.
