1) They did. But for 99% of users it won't make a difference. And if you think the other US carriers won't follow, you're sorely mistaken.

- has a bogged down network
So why on Earth would anyone switch to AT&T now, even for the iPhone 4 which has a design flaw that cripples reception?![]()
If you don't constantly stream music or watch a lot of videos or download a bunch of large files or tether, you'll have a hard time hitting 1GB. I am grandfathered on unlimited but will probably switch to save $5 a month because I never hit 2GB. If I had wifi at work I could probably use the 200MB plan.
