I use it and. Y battery lasts all day. I imagine it turns the camera on for a split moment and then shuts it off.

yeah m8 thinkin about it, thats all it needs to do.. when screen is about to time out, just turn on camera, focus it, and see if theres a pair of eyes i have time-out set to max so my screen has never timed out since gettin the phone

I love this feature and haven't noticed any power issues as a result.

Doesn't work well in low light situations, but it definitely comes in handy.

My iPhone friends tell me this is number one on their wish list of features.
