From the Moto site:

"Verizon is also offering the Droid Turbo Screen Assurance program. This program offers one free certified like-new replacement device if you experience display damage within 2 years from the date of purchase on your new Droid Turbo. Click here for complete details."

There is a topic on this forum somewhere, or the guy said he was the first one to have the replacement done. He said that verizon had him contact motorola and they sent him a brand new phone. He was then required to send his old phone in after receiving it. I assume after a period of time these will be refurbished units and not brand new phones.

I stopped by A Verizon store today and they pretty much to care of everything for me. They are overnighting a new phone and then one got 5 days to send the old one back. Pretty easy!
