Called my local att store, they were willing to sell it, but then when I get there they wouldn't let me buy it full price off contract? Anyone else have this problem? It wasn't because it was a day early either they just wouldn't allow it. The lady told me I could pay an early upgrade few ($300) so I thought okay that works then $199 for the phone, but no she wanted the early upgrade fee, plus the phone at full retail. Basically said to **** off, in a nicer choice of words.

Picking it up tomorrow from best buy I guess.

I didn't get it lol I told them how is that an early upgrade if I'm not getting an upgrade. You know how clueless some reps are. Best buy said I can come just buy it out right. Just a heads up to those who run into this issue. Hopefully no one does.

I called AT&T today and asked, if I could upgrade earlier for the upgrade price. They checked and approved my request to upgrade four months earlier than the website states. Phone is in the mail and according to tracking information, will be delivered tomorrow.

Seems like AT&T stores are all doing different things in terms of selling the HTC One. Went to one store and they would not sell or even replace any HTC Ones. Went to another store and multiple people were buying them. Also I asked Best Buy and they do not price match phones, so def don't buy your phone off contract from them

They have always price matched for me.

Update they took an upgrade I didn't know I had from my family line and gave me that. Works for me.

Also anyone know why there are red lines under all my text even though it's spelled correctly
