So I have the incredible 2 and the Samsung fascinate. So I was wondering for the fascinate is it hard to change the notification bar to black like the community rom and have the battery and wifi to be gingerbread colored,and be completely debinged browser and all. Thats all I want does it exist? I still want touch wiz just want debloated and debinged and the black notification bar.

flash com rom and then flash a touch wiz launcher. or go with miui wiz.

Or you could flash comm rom and then go to the online theme kitchen and change the icons in the bar....it is about the only thing that really will change with that

where do I get a touch wiz launcher ? Can you point in that direction?

this is a whole theme that includes a new version of touch wiz that will get flashed after you set up com rom:
