so my Google music all access subscription was cancelled????

last month I put in my credit card information to auto renew my Google Music All Access subscription.As I am driving home I turn on my Google Play Music app and it only shows me to playlist.I've and go to the Play store and look under google play music and it shows me that I am NOT subscribed.I wait till I get home and open up my Google Wallet and it says that my subscription was cancelled I would like to renew but does that mean I have to pay the $9.99 a month as opposed to the 7.99?

Contact Google Play customer service. They should be able to correct this for you.

Contacted them. They said its some type of outage. So if you have Google Play Music All Access and its not working and it says you're subscription was cancelled, They said it wasn't cancelled and it isn't just effecting me. They said they t ate working on it as soon as possible. But that my subscription was not cancelled.

Yeah it just sucks bc I'm without a service I paid for for a few days. Ah well, could be worse. It's still Friday and going to make the best of it.

Mine is working so far... I am streaming at the moment and checked the subscription and I'm still good to go.

Yeah I talked to them yesterday as well.

The problem is centered around their auto-renewal process. Apparently many of us that are suffering from this bug are those of us that had outdated credit cards on our accounts. When we updated to a valid card something got messed up. Not sure if that's why EVERYONE affected by this is affected, but we have found that similarity.

It's not the end of the world, but it truly is a stupid thing that Google can't temporarily reactivate our accounts while they work through this issue. Many of us probably get through our work day using this subscription service we signed up for, and we have to find something else because of THEIR error. Pretty lame...
 
I agree wholeheartedly. I paid for a service and it sucks that I can't use it. Had to use spotify at work and Pandora at the gym yesterday. Probably will repeat same process till it's fixed.

They should credit you the days I'm sure. Just be sure to ask if they don't mention it.

Hard to sort out the subtle sarcasm from the actual (albeit over the top) expression of being severely "inconvenienced" by having to go back to that primitive streaming service known as pandora. O the horror! Lol.

Well the Pandora isn't that terrible. I have a cracked unlimited skip certain. But it sucks than I can't just hear whatever I want when I want. What if I'm driving to work and its a pour some sugar on me morning?

Don't get me wrong. Google play music is the first online music servce for which I've ponied up any subscription fee. And for less than the cost of one album a month, having all you can eat access to just about anything on the planet, I am gobbling it up with both hands (or should I say "ears")).
