so my Google music all access subscription was cancelled????

Hard to sort out the subtle sarcasm from the actual (albeit over the top) expression of being severely "inconvenienced" by having to go back to that primitive streaming service known as pandora. O the horror! Lol.

No sarcasm here. I hate Pandora. I used em for awhile when they were first out.. It was good. Then every station of mine would go so off the track it wasn't even funny. It would play songs and things that weren't even close to the genre or artist. And artist stations sometimes we never even play that artist it was for.

I never went back after leaving and being subbed to them for 2 years. The other guys are better and I love Google Music a lot.

Same with me, I called and all they knew was that the engineers were working on it and I shouldn't have to do anything. But they had no ETA. :-\
 
Ok here ye here ye.... I called that number above. i told them the case. they transfered em to go google music. they said problem was fixed. All that i needed to do was go into google music, click settings, click on renew subscription, it was at the price of 7.99 so make sure of that and just renew it. I am now back up and runnning
 
Why didnt they email us to tell us that it was fixed. If I wasn't checking up on this forum I wouldn't have known that the fix was already done. Their service is seriously lacking.

Not fixed for me. I called them again 2 days ago and still have not heard back from them. Also, in my setting I only have "subscribe to all access" I do not have Renew.
Kind of frustrating!
 
I just called Google for help with this because I didn't see a Renew button. They said you can resolve it by selecting the 'Subscribe to All Access' in Settings too. Fixed my issue and brought back the $7.99 price, only thing it did was change the bill date to 30 days from today
 
Again, Did not work for me. When I hit subscribe to all access it gives me a price of $9.99. I called google and they told me still working on it.
 
I spoke with them at the number provided and was told, someone will have this resolved in the next 12-24hrs. That means I will have to use Pandora for the next day or so. No good. I have been spoiled.

I've tried them but I'd get so mad when I'd select an album and then a few songs in the album wouldn't be available... Didn't make sense to me on why they did that. Haven't run into that with Google Music.

That's the exact reason why I switched to Google Music. Sure some albums are missing there too, but not indivduall tracks off a certain album. That was driving me nuts and when I have contacted Spotify support they have been so rude and flippant plus I hate their interface. So they lost a sale. Their loss has been Google's gain. I am freeking in love with All Access. It looks better, it's easier to navigate and because of this my playlist are filling out nicely in a way I never was interested in doing on Spotify. And now that I have discovered how to stream my music to my home theatre system (thanks BubbleUPnp app) I am even happier. I'm still having issues on my Mac though..it stutters sometimes there. But everywhere else works great. I do wish there was a family plan too, but other then those niggles I am pretty darn happy with it.
